Toole Financial provides both non-advisory webinars and in-person presentations to Y staff on a host of financial wellness topics. 

 

Over 200 YMCAs in 15 states are currently participating in the 2026 Financial Education Webinar Series. This series provides anonymous participation to all their staff, both full and part time. Toole Financial collects demographic data for all registrants and participants. Additionally, participants take a post-webinar survey to report their ability to use the knowledge learned to improve their financial wellness. Anonymized post-survey results, as well as demographic participation information, are provided to participating Ys.
